Small Items – this will just be turnover to contact person. This will not be assembled or organised by our delivery boy.
Big Items – this will be installed by our team. Please just tell them exact position once they get to venue.
Special Items – if you require manpower, you may request via email or phone. Price will be dependent of item that will be installed. Note : We may add floor charge if venue doesn’t have service elevator.
You may pick-up rental items a day before the event if there are no scheduled rental of your items(s) a day before your event. Same with the delivery back to our storage, we can allow a day after event delivery if there are no scheduled rental of your item(s). Kindly confirm first of our schedule to avoid miscommunication and added charge for overtime.
You may check all items that you have rented in our warehouse in Makati before event day for approval. If the item is not to your liking you may cancel your order. We will not allow return of item and refund if rental item was rejected when it has reached event day and venue.
Each item is prices with a 24 hour duration. Upon request you may pick up item day before and return the day after. If you exceed the 24 hour duration, you will have to pay for the following 24 hours period of the rented item.
